Tonight my husband came up to study his musical scores near me so that he could keep me company as I worked.
I gladly donated my comfy “throne” (desk chair) and drafting table for his use…
Meanwhile, I worked on my design for today balancing my paper and pencils on my knee
(and put in the highlights while standing over my watercolor paints at the end of my drafting table.)
The result is a bit wobbly; not exactly what I had in mind when I started sketching.
But I’ll take my husband’s company any day!
