Another study in simplicity:
Tonight, after going out to hear a lovely chamber music concert played by the Prometheus Trio, I stopped by one of my favorite health-food stores to get something to eat for dinner and to do a little mindless browsing in their great gift section. I was looking specifically for a little flip-book that a friend showed me called How the Stick People Became Extinct (beware, this is R-rated…you didn’t see it here;-). Unfortunately, the store didn’t have it anymore. Thanks to the internet, though, you can see it now anyway! In any case, that got me thinking: In my next life, I think I’m going to open up a boutique featuring all of my jewelry, my father’s jewelry, my mom’s pottery, and the art of everyone else I admire, along with the best collection of gifts guaranteed to bring a smile.
