New Holiday Illustration – A Winter’s Date
Last week, at my husband’s request, I brainstormed a sketch for a new holiday card. The reason? My husband asked if I could create a more “unisex” holiday card which he could send to his friends and relatives. I enjoyed the challenge and am happy to announce that I’ve just put the finishing touches on this new marker and ink holiday illustration. I’m calling it A Winter’s Date.
Even better, I liked the illustration so much that I decided to make it available to the general public. So if you like it, you’re in luck because the greeting card version is now available at Joana Miranda Studio at Etsy!
Great feeling of N.Y.
Thank you, Pa!
Very cute! I like the monochrome quality that helps the colore scarves to pop out…..nice idea! I also like your red shoe Christmas card. It’s nice to see a new theme or two at this time of year.
Thanks so much. And, more importantly, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! A little birdie (who has a FB account) told me that today is your birthday. I hope you are enjoying a nice day off with many festivities, good food and drink!
Ciao – Joana
Haha, I had a recording session in which we inserted a little party. Jason bought a cake and some wine, and I brought a few things, too.
Wine and cake – the two food groups most essential to well-being! I’m so glad you were feted on your birthday, and I hope the coming year is a wonderful one for you.
