It really doesn’t get much fresher than this!

Walk along Burlington, Vermont’s Church Street, and stop when you see this sign.

Church Street in Burlington, VT

Sparse, but oh-so-enticing window displays will lure you right in…

Where you’ll be greeted with lots and lots more mouth-watering choices.

In addition to chocolates by the piece, you can get wrapped chocolate bars, ice-cream, hot chocolate and coffee.  Bar seating is available along one wall, or you can take your goodies outside to the patio.

Which is what we did (yesterday…and today.)

Coffee and chocolate

Tomorrow we’ll tour the Lake Champlain Chocolate Factory just south of town.  I think you can safely say I’m a fan!

The best is to go every day and have a different chocolate! I went again today…got the cappuccino truffle. My favorite, though, has been the raspberry truffle. We didn’t get to the factory tour today, but are definitely going tomorrow before we head back to reality and the City.

      Ciao dearie, Joana
