Apparently, tonight’s Hunter’s Moon is such a rare combination of the planets being aligned (well, the sun, moon and earth, that is) that we won’t be seeing another one like this until November 25th, 2034. Not sure where you’ll be on November 25th, 2034 and missed tonight’s moon? Don’t despair – I just got back from the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir tonight where I took 137 pictures of the moon as it rose over Manhattan. (Even better, I’ve edited down the pics below to just my very favorites.)
Just beautiful pictures, looks like a postcard! Breathtaking! Great job Joana!

Thanks, Denise! Apparently, there will also be Supermoons on Nov. 14th and Dec. 14th which will hopefully give me some more chances to try and get good photos.
Hope you are well! Joana
