Did the squirrels meet the crisis successfully?

Well, this one certainly seemed to be anxiously saying, “Who, me?!”
Actually, I photographed him for a while as he searched for nuts and then frenetically buried them. Do you suppose that the squirrels respect each other’s hiding places? And do the nuts in the shell smell that strongly that the squirrels can unearth them later? Things to ponder…
