      Thanks, Helen! I seem to be studying anxiety a lot these days…am basically learning to ride my own “waves”. For years I’ve put meditation and “living in the moment” on my list of things to do. Somehow, I never seemed to get around to doing either thing though. So I guess my body decided I needed a big wake up call. Meditation, mindfulness and yoga have been the only things getting me through lately (well, those things, plus cartooning at my drafting table and having Andy’s support!)
