It’s been a week since I last posted and a lot has happened. Ok, the “a lot” doesn’t necessarily merit front page news (or even a newsletter), but I think you still might enjoy taking a peek at my illustrated world.
My illustrated world this week…
Consisted of creating and posting two new holiday cartoon cards to my shop at Etsy. Both cards are musically inspired because…well, with 45 more Nutcracker shows to go, I’ve guess I’ve got music on my brain!
In other exciting news from my illustrated world…
We managed to get our laundry done last night. Naturally, Ollie jumped in to help.
(Although he’s not so good at putting the dirty clothes in the hamper, Ollie “presses” the clean, folded laundry by sitting on it. Ziggy just shakes his head at his brother…)
Meanwhile…
We’re looking forward to getting our Christmas tree soon. My fingers are crossed that we won’t encounter a shortage of trees and have this experience:
Fortunately…
I’ve learned that there’s pretty much no calamity that can’t be soothed by spending time cuddling with these two:
I will not play tug o’ war. I’d rather play hug o’ war. Where everyone hugs instead of tugs, Where everyone giggles and rolls on the rug, Where everyone kisses, and everyone grins, and everyone cuddles, and everyone wins.

Happy December 1st!

Your Christmas cards are quite unique, and that’s probably not too easy, as Xmas cards have been around a long time. You’d think all the good ideas would have been taken…..
Hi Helen,
Thank you! I’m glad you find my holiday cards to be unique. Every year I think that I won’t be able to come up with something new, but then somehow it happens. Of course, I should probably be coming up with 10 a year and not 2, but there ya have it! 😉
I hope you have a very happy Sunday!
