Joana Miranda’s cartoons and illustrations have been published in various national and international publications. In addition to creating illustrations for numerous private commissions, her work has appeared publicly across New York City, virtually on various small business websites, as part of museum exhibits, and in print in the Musicians Cook! Since 2019, Joana has created a series of monthly illustrations for Nomura Research Institute’s publication Financial Information Technology Focus. Themes have included:

2019 – Little Girls Little Girls Playing Musical Instruments

2020 – Boy’s Playing Sports

2021 – Colorful Illustrations

2022 – Food

For now the themes for 2023 and 2024 need to remain under wraps, but check back here soon for more information on these illustrations!
