Shipping & Packaging

I ship via USPS and will provide a tracking number for all shipments made within the USA.  Unfortunately, I am not able to provide tracking information for shipments made outside the USA.

Originals are placed inside an archival plastic sleeve along with a sturdy backing board.  The original is then packaged inside a rigid, stay flat mailer.

If you are purchasing this original as a gift, please let me know.  I will be happy to include a complimentary handwritten note to the recipient.

Care Instructions

As with all artwork, direct sunlight and moisture should be avoided.  When handling the work, try to hold it by the edges of the paper to minimize the transfer of oils from your fingers.  If using tape to mount the artwork to a mat, I recommend the use of acid-free artist’s tape.

Returns

Due to the delicate nature of original works, I generally do not accept returns.  However, if you’ve received your package and are not happy with it, please contact me so that we can come to a mutually agreeable solution.

In the very unfortunate event that the package and original artwork is damaged in transit, please contact me ASAP to arrange a refund.  For insurance purposes, you will be asked to provide photos of the damaged packaging and artwork, so please do not throw either away.
