This was one of the first rings I ever designed:

I’m a fan of patterns. I especially like combining flowing lines with more rigid structure, such as the simple straight lines of this band. My own engagement ring (see the banner photo of my blog) reflects this. I tend to dress this way, too. In fact, I live my life as fully as possible while keeping “within the lines.” Sometimes, I could bend those lines a bit more; perhaps that is the direction I’m headed. For now, I’m still trying to create as much beauty within the confines of my rather over-scheduled, highly-structured life as I possibly can!
